About the author: Eveline Delnooz (1993) has been working as a vegan chef since 10 years. She’s continuously on a quest for new flavours and cooking methods. The international cuisine is her biggest source of inspiration. For over five years, she has been working on this book. Her expertise as a chef and urge for quality ensure that every single recipe in this book is worth making.
