For the book, Eveline got in touch with 37 people from 29 different countries. These people are the backbone of the book. They share their story and culture through their family recipes. This gives a unique insight in many different culinary cultures, provided by over a 100 authentic, diverse and delicious dishes. Eveline wrote down the cooking methods in clear steps. About the author: Eveline Delnooz (1993) has been working as a vegan chef since 10 years. She’s continuously on a quest for new flavours and cooking methods. The international cuisine is her biggest source of inspiration. For over five years, she has been working on this book. Her expertise as a chef and urge for quality ensure that every single recipe in this book is worth making.
